Gender Pay
The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 (“the Regulations”) will require employers with at least 250 employees to publish annual information to show whether there is a difference in the average pay of their male and female employees. Here at Real Good Company salaries are awarded within a pay range for the role, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. Gender is irrelevant to our decision on pay.
