Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of placing your order. We use various couriers to dispatch your order including but not limited to, Hermes & Yodel depending on the size of your order.

You will be notified via email one the parcel has been shipped and a link to the tracking number will be provided.

If the parcel has not been delivered within 3-5 working days of placing the order please get in touch and we can check with the courier to where your parcel was left or is located.

 

International orders

If you are from outside of the UK Mainland, we can accommodate export orders by special request.

 

Collections

Please contact us in advance if you wish to collect your order in person. Likewise, please contact us in advance if you would like to return your order in person to our warehouse.
