What are the toilet rolls made of?

Being sourced from recycled materials, the toilet paper can contain a wide mix of previously used  paper and cardboard materials.

 

How do I track my order?

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation sent to you once the order has been shipped from that it will contain a link to track your order

 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes between one to three days normally if an order is placed in the morning it was sent the same day but then you can have delivery within a couple days however when orders are placed during the evenings and weekends they all dispatched the following working day.

 

What courier do you use?

Real good company uses Evri as its preferred carrier.

 

Where do you ship too?

We ship UK wide, please note we do not deliver to Ireland, highlands or islands

 

Is Real Good toilet paper eco-friendly?

Recycled toilet paper is all made within the UK and packaged within the UK is travelled a distance less than 100 miles from say hope manufacturer to the packaging. Can I return my toilet roll?

As toilet rolls are hygienic, we unfortunately do not accept returns. This is to ensure the quality of our products and the safety of our customers.

Once the order has been under the customer's custody, it can no longer be returned to our warehouse - this would put the safety of our other clients in jeopardy.

If you no longer want to receive your order, please contact us straight away so we can cancel it. If the order has been fulfilled, please contact the courier and/or refuse the order upon delivery.

 

Do you provide VAT receipts?

Yes, VAT receipts are available on request they’re not normally sent with the goods so please e-mail us if you require a VAT invoice.

 

How is Real Good Tissue Company toilet paper better for the environment?

The short transport from pulp to parent reels, too finished box product has a very short distance and is done within England got lower see c02 impacts of lorries transporting goods is better for the environment.

 

Is the product plastic free?

Yes, the product does not contain any plastic.  The role does not have any plastic at all as does the cardboard box it’s transported in, it is even sealed with Kraft paper so no plastic is used.

 

Why is recycled paper considered more expensive?

Although it’s considered more expensive per roll the actual size of the rolls is larger than most so they last longer.

 

Why are Real Good Tissues better for the environment?

Most normal tissue products chemicals such as bleaching agents and glues. Our toilet rolls are not bleached or contain any glue. This is better for the environment.

 

Why is Real Good Tissue softer than normal toilet paper?

The real good tissue does not contain any glue that holds the 3 layers together so it makes the tissue softer and less rigid.
